Information when placing order, shipping & returning your handmade items!
Current Estimated Turn Around Times are completed in the order that they are received. With that being said, all orders are custom one of a kind items so turnaround times may vary. Tumblers can range from 1 to 3 weeks due to the use of high-quality BPA Free Epoxy Resin that we ensure dries and is 100% hardened prior to shipping home. Shirts or other items purchased that are heat pressed vary on completion time as well depending on number of items ordered and meticulousness of the photos or decals to be applied.
SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
Please be aware after completion, when shipping takes place that due to Covid-19 and Holidays shipping can cause delays and when looking at the tracking number delivery date, these are only estimations and not guaranteed times. We ship all packages via USPS shipping. A complimentary tracking number will be sent to your email or address on file. I am not responsible for a package once it's dropped off at the Post Office. Please make sure your address on file is correct. I am not responsible for a package sent to the wrong address. My current processing time is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. If you need an order before the ESTIMATED time stated in the listing, please do not order unless checking with myself before hand. A Rushing Fee will be applied and can vary from $3-$10.
FREE LOCAL (CONTACTLESS) PICK UP
When your order has been completed and is Ready for pick up, An address and details will be provided via email. You have 1 WEEK from time order is ready to pick up anytime during Pick up hours. Monday-Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. If orders has not been picked up or a time has not been arranged you will be automatically invoiced to have order Shipped to you at the cost USPS will charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Selling quality items is my priority. If you have a problem with your order, please feel free to message me within 24 hours of delivery/Pick Up so we can work together to resolve the issue within reason. However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom and or personalized orders! If you chose to add a name or different color, that is considered customized. I am not responsible for funding return postage if you agree to return or exchange your product.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept CashApp, Zelle, Chime, Facebook Pay and PayPal with Minimum surcharge fee as well as any major Debit/Credit cards. Please note that your order WILL NOT begin processing until a full payment is made.
